A delicious Valentine’s Day inspired “healthy” treat. ***Note*** I added 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and 1/2 cup desiccated coconut to the mix after the slow cooker was off and the mix was cooling for approximately two hours. This was enough time for it to cool before I put it in a dish and straight into the freezer until set. After it set, I cut the fudge and put it back in the refrigerator.
